    As someone who already trained regularly, I didn't think I'd notice much of a difference, but Alex's approach to Full Power is on another level. I've gained real functional strength, more muscle, and definition without plateauing. The progressions are perfect, the videos are super clear, and the fact that it's only 3 days a week allows me to fit it in with everything else. Alex is a pro; his experience shows.     With just three days a week and 60-minute sessions, there are already very big changes.

    Each training session is already progress, so you'll notice improvements from the very first session.

    The level doesn't matter because I give options in the videos that I explain in the same exercise, the simplest variation and the most complex variation, so it can be done by a person who has never done strength training as well as a person who trains regularly.
