I am a professional trained in physical exercise, nutrition, and psychology, specializing in psychoneuroimmunology, a discipline that has allowed me to integrate all dimensions of the human being: body, mind, emotions, lifestyle, and nature. I come from the competitive world of motorcycles and bicycles, where I competed from the age of 12 to 20 and acquired the foundation that I now apply with elite athletes.

My approach is biopsychosocial: I teach each person how to move, eat, rest, and manage stress to maximize results with the greatest possible efficiency. It's not about doing more, but about doing it better. That's why I combine education, specific training, and a deep understanding of the human body to guide my clients toward real and sustainable change.

In addition, I have experience organizing retreats in Ibiza, Girona, the Costa Brava, and other countries, where we work in person on movement, nutrition, cycling, wellness, and stress management. I also design experiences focused on exercise and health, including programs like Gym & Ride, which combine gym sessions, bike rides, and revitalizing nutrition.
